  Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   Io e la mia amica abbiamo soggiornato per 6notti nei primi di agosto presso quest hotel. Posizione ottima, a 10 minuti a pedi dalla stazione dei bus;e considerando che i pulman sono sempre pienissimi non è una cosa da sottovalutare. Se arrivate a Malta la sera consiglio di usufruire del loro servizio di taxi che vi porterà di fronte alla struttura, consegnandovi le chiavi dell'appartamento. Tra l'altro, parlano anche l'italiano e capirci quindi è stato davvero facile. Appartamento tranquillo, essenziale, ma adatto a chi vuole passare alcuni giorni in santa pace.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent. If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone

  The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.

  We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils.
