Staff is helpfull and very friendly, perhaps like the most of Maltese people-the best people of Mediterranean I think so. Location is one of the best on Malta, famous touristic place and just 20 minutes away by bus from the best beach on Malta( Melieha of Gadira bay) The breakfast and dinner are very good. -

It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. The location is absolutely unbeatable--within five minutes' walk of the harbour ferry tours, the ferry to Valletta, and all major bus routes including an express route to the airport. Not having to get up at 5am to put your towels on a sun lounger - there were plenty of loungers any time of day. Good choice and variety of restaurants to eat in. Great that it had an adults only pool/pool area. Lovely terrace overlooking the sea for early evening drinks before dinner. -

While booking you should consider that it's a family-run guest house - as for us, much more intersting place than a five star hotel.
Not for petty-minded finicking people jiggling the staff all the time but respectful ones who are rather curious to a wonderful family living in Malta too.
Whenever returning to Malta we'll choose them again. Tho we don't have other experiences with accomodation in there, are sure that it just can't be better.
Besides, Tarxien is an excelle
