  We arrived late in the day, one call to Raphael is all it took to elicit his quick appearance. Very friendly host, showed us around the area (at our request) and was very eager to ensure that we settled in nicely. Accommodations are fine. It was a nice touch that Raphael visited the next morning to see that we were finding everything okay and to answer an - Great views and Marsalforn is a good, quiet place to stay on Gozo. Raphael very helpful and would ask daily if we needed anything. It's basic and a bit sparsely decorated, but clean, safe, and a good choice if you just want a good price for a place to stay with good views, right near a couple nice harbours with facility to cook on your own. As a restaurant suggestion, La Pulena (italian) on seafront in Marsalforn was great, and the Otter on the way from apartments to town was very nice as well.

  was convenient as a night stay as we had a wedding reception nearby thus avoiding having to take the ferry back to Malta right after during the night. Hotel is centrally located in Marsalforn close to beach. - The staff were very helpful and friendly,they made us feel welcome and not just a number.   Our stay at Lantern was excellent! This hotel is family run, and the caretaker, Joseph, did everything he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including staying up late to accommodate our late arrival. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast (made in traditional Maltese style by Joseph and his family) was freshly made and very good. They even watched our luggage while we were out sightseeing after we had checked out, which made the day af - I spent two fantastic weeks at the Lantern Guest House. The family that run this place worked extremely hard to provide a clean and friendly atmosphere and meet requests from guests. The fan in my room was ample to provide relief from unseasonable heat & breakfast had a variety of choices including Fresh Fruit, Cereal, Breads, Ham, Salami, Chese, Cakes and Bacon and eggs (cooked as per your request) I thank the Saliba family for their Hospitality!
