  Le professionnalisme du personnel,et leur écoute du client ainsi queleur trés grande amabilité.Une équipe jeune et dynamique mais trésrespectueuse du client ,de la femme de ménage au bagagiste j'ai rarementconstater un tel respect du client dans un hotel surtout en cettepériode de vacances. Spa and sports facilities were great, I really enjoyed the ayurvedic massages. Special thanks to Thomas (waiter restaurant downstairs) and Nandor (for all his trouble on making a very special coctail). Really good restaurants, including the breakfast buffet. Very good value for money. Can't wait to go there again.
