  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

Very clean, bed linen and towels changed daily. Efficient air conditioning. Excellent value for money.   Prix attractif. Proximité des commerces. - the situation of the guesthouse, near bars and a small beach a large bedroom very clean - the location of the hotel was perfect and the owners were so helpfull. We stayed there for 2 weeks and don't regret a thing. Highly recommended.

Facilities, bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning was completely ok. Bus stops and a very good supermarket are just around a 5minutes walk. I could store my luggage some hours before my original check-in time and take a walk to discover St Julians!

  Location is perfect. Near the beach. And shopping centre. Wi-fi is free. Good value for money. Excellent for young people who expects to mix and party all night long. - Everything was clean and the facilities were good. Its location was as well perfect since it's situated in a party area and there's plenty of buses nearby.
