I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

We stayed for three nights at Sally Port Senglea and would have wished to stay longer.
The room was comfortable and very well designed although we loved to spend time on the rooftop terrace with a stunning (!) view of the old towns of Valetta and Vittoriosa.
The property has just been renovated which means it is in a perfect condition. Liliana - the owner of the house and the host - is a really nice person always ready to give tips and advice.

Our apartment had no sea view, only to the very small inner yard, but we got it for very good price, and we needed it just for sleeping and preparing and eating our breakfast. Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.

Best family holiday so far. Melleiha has the most child friendly beach in Malta, it is also one of the largest. The apartment is located in the centre of Melleiha high street and a short bus ride from the beach (€2.60 adult return) or 20 mins walk (long steep hill). The high street has all you need with regards to restraunts, gift and food shops.
