  La qualité de tout le personnel et entre autre de Michael qui se met vraiment en 4 pour nous servir. Par exemple, il vient avec nous à la poissonnerie, on choisit ce que l'on veut et ensuite nous le prépare. Un régal ! Autre exemple : il nous a trouvé un petit bateau de pêcheur pour faire une petite ballade en mer.   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious.   The staff were friendly and helpful, also at this time of year there are quite a few 'more mature' people staying for 4 - 6 week breaks and they were welcoming too. We paid extra for a sea view and it was well worth it; we enjoyed watching the waves and the lights reflected in the sea at night. The location is excellent.
