Best family holiday so far. Melleiha has the most child friendly beach in Malta, it is also one of the largest. The apartment is located in the centre of Melleiha high street and a short bus ride from the beach (€2.60 adult return) or 20 mins walk (long steep hill). The high street has all you need with regards to restraunts, gift and food shops.

We appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the hosts, who were only too happy to help with any questions or queries, and source anything that we needed. The apartment was the best we'd stayed in. It's like a home away from home, complete with laundry, two good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. It had everything we needed plus more. We cannot recommend this apartment highly enough to anyone wanting superior accommodation in beachside Mellieha. We could just see the ocean from our balcon

I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays. I was a solo traveler who wanted to explore the whole country, and for that the location was great. I would definitively come back, I am already missing the bacon and eg

The apartment was centrally located and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many attractions and the main bus terminus. We were given a warm welcome by the owner, Liliana who was just lovely and extremely helpful. We had an amazing time in Valletta and hope to visit Sally Port City Pads in the not too distant future.

The staff was very helpful about the touristic places in the island and the facilities around the hotel.
The accommodations are very clean and tidy, even in the shared rooms and bathrooms.

The building is unique and interesting - nothing boring here, but not too much either. The welcome was just right - the hosts are friendly and hospitable, but not intrusive. They were helpful, kind and accommodating. Everything in the guest house felt well cared-for and clean, and it was exactly what I was looking for.

This is my second time at Bla Dorren, and it has been just right once again! The beautiful building is decorated simply which enhances the beauty of the high ceilings and tile floors and the abundant light from outside. Breakfast is fresh and abundant. The location has been quite convenient, near the bay, near the bus, plenty of dining, and many places to walk. The hosts are kind and attentive, but never intrude.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at VB Apartments. The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. I loved everything about the Hilton Malta. Beautiful hotel, outstanding service from all of the staff throughout the hotel, lovely, well maintained and very spacious outdoor areas, the food was excellent and there were plenty of choices in all the restaurants and bars. Guest rooms were large well equipped and spotlessly clean.
I can't wait to return!

Not having to get up at 5am to put your towels on a sun lounger - there were plenty of loungers any time of day. Good choice and variety of restaurants to eat in. Great that it had an adults only pool/pool area. Lovely terrace overlooking the sea for early evening drinks before dinner. -

Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.
