La disponibilité du personnel, l'accueil, la taille de la chambre, - Everything was nice. The personal is very polite. They always remainds about breakfest time, we had it in the room. Very comfortable, modern and spacious room with excellent facilities including TV with range of channels including main English TV channels and free wifi. Hotel lobby also has Macs to use for free and a library with books you can loan.

The Pool area on the roof was fun. The rooms were lovely clean and
fresh. Loved the bathroom being seperate from the toilet. Having Wifi
access meant I could keep upto date with my business in the uk. I
travelled with my sister for our annual short break and we loved it.
Staff were helpful, breakfast was really nice and lots of choice. We
liked the idea of the security system they have for the lifts very
clever - made us feel extra safe and also that the in-room safe was
large enough for not on

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The hotel and surroundings were beautiful & well maintained. Room was very comfortable & luxurious. The food & service was to a vet high standard. We were made to feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends. -

c'est un vrai palais mais pour vous tout seul ;impressionant de luxe et surtout d'authenticite .on se prendrait vite pour le prince des lieux .au moins ce fut une halte originale et on peut redescendre du trone pour les commodites habituelles a l'hotel victoria à coté .super ! ! la piscine à débordement au 9eme est très agréable -
