  Vastaanottohenkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Asuimme pari yötä kahden hengen huoneessa, joka oli aika pieni, mutta muuten asiallinen. Meille tarjottiin lisämaksutta loppuajaksi huoneisto mitä elettä arvostimme todella paljon. Hotellissa hyvä pizzeria ja kadun toisella puolella oli iso supermarket.   We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional.
