  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   Food was excellent, wine was good quality and well priced. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size and hygiene / cleanliness were top notch.
