friendliness and attentiveness of all staff encountered from reception through to the restaurant. Lovely, airy, spacious, tastefully furnished room with supercomfy bed. Good variety of breakfast choices. Wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant menu with quality meals. -

The guesthouse location is great. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there.
The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

The location is quiet and there is a grocery shop nearby. Great for getting around on foot and with public transport in Sliema/Balluta Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.
