It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there. The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

  The location is quiet and there is a grocery shop nearby. Great for getting around on foot and with public transport in Sliema/Balluta Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful.   Good connection with Valetta by bus and Ferries by bus or c 10 mins walk. Good beach club with large swimming pool and convenient staircase to sea (not for children or thouse who do not swim fairly well). Quiet location, away from busy and noisy embankment, but less than 100 m from sea
