Fab location. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 although we were 4 people. It was huge very comfortable, the dinner was very good served in buffet, and was the best bugdet hotel we have ever stayed. I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

While booking you should consider that it's a family-run guest house - as for us, much more intersting place than a five star hotel.
Not for petty-minded finicking people jiggling the staff all the time but respectful ones who are rather curious to a wonderful family living in Malta too.
Whenever returning to Malta we'll choose them again. Tho we don't have other experiences with accomodation in there, are sure that it just can't be better.
Besides, Tarxien is an excelle
