  Excellent value for money, good location, the room was cleaned daily, friendly and helpful staff, spectacular seaview, quiet area, good size room, specious terrace with chairs/table - Hotel is excellent in all aspects i arrived at 05:00 staff were prepared for this and room key was waiting at eception desk.   If you want value when in Malta, I really recommend the Plaza Regency. The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance.
