  Very nice apartment, very friendly staff. Breakfast-Buffet was OK. Bus-Stop right in front of the Hotel (but apartment building was a few hundert meters down the street. Breakfast was at main building). - Great staff and a great spot. Easy to get into town as the bus stops out the front of the main unit building.   If you want value when in Malta, I really recommend the Plaza Regency. The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there. The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.
