  Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops.   If you want value when in Malta, I really recommend the Plaza Regency. The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance.   Our stay was very positive. We found it contributed greatly to our first impressions of Malta, and we will be back.
