  It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment. The wellcome... what people say » package you find in the room is a nice surprise too, they provide first need goods you pay after deciding if you want it or not. - Good location. Bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel. Staff very helpful.

  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   When we arrived we were told that due to renovation of our rooms we could not stay at the Pergola but their sister hotel the Solana Hotel 5 mins away. We were not informed either by email/text.I was disappointed but when we arrived in the Solana it was just as nice.Very well kept. - relaxing and warm

  The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   We only spent one night at this hotel, though for only one night we felt welcome , the receptionist an english lady was lovely , when we first entered for check-in she was very welcoming, she went beyond her reception duties, showed us the the lovely and clean apartment and explained were everything was found such as the towels, and the bedroom wa... what people say » s lovely and warm with the heating on already , even thought we booked on bb at a very good price we did`nt go up for b/fast. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.
