  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. It was huge very comfortable, the dinner was very good served in buffet, and was the best bugdet hotel we have ever stayed. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again. and probably will. - Value of money,friendly stuff, good location ,a minute walk from buss station.

  Upon arrival, the receptionist offered me an upgrade to a room with sea view at no extra charge. Very nice of him indeed. He also helped me with a power plug adapter, as I was stupid enough to forget mine at home (Malta uses the British 1363 Type g socket). I had to leave a 10 euro deposit for the TV remote, which I found a little odd - but I gues... what people say » s they opted out for this precautionary measure after quite a few experiences with tourists taking them home as souvenirs. As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

Good place for active travellers that don't stay in the hotel all day as the hotel doesn't have pool, a library and anything taht would animate your time.   The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Lindsey who was on duty at 1.30am when we arrived. The hotel was basic but clean. This location suited my husband and myself as it was quiet, and the local buses were very good and cheap. I would be careful about recommending this part of St Paul's Bay because it would maybe too quiet for some... what people say » but we would go back there again - very friendly staff, the view from the room was magnificent.
