  Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.   All of the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way - they definitely went above and beyond for my friend and I during our stay. We would definitely highly recommend the upper level rooms as they are not as noisy. We ended up getting the best room in the hotel! - Friendly and accommodating staff, nice rooms facing the bay

  The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Lindsey who was on duty at 1.30am when we arrived. The hotel was basic but clean. This location suited my husband and myself as it was quiet, and the local buses were very good and cheap. Its Has a Great Location, Friendly, English Speaking & Willing To Help Staff, Large Rooms with Air Conditioning and its Cheap. - Only there for one night but staff very friendly.
