  Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.   The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Lindsey who was on duty at 1.30am when we arrived. The hotel was basic but clean. This location suited my husband and myself as it was quiet, and the local buses were very good and cheap. I would be careful about recommending this part of St Paul's Bay because it would maybe too quiet for some... what people say » but we would go back there again - very friendly staff, the view from the room was magnificent. Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.   All of the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way - they definitely went above and beyond for my friend and I during our stay. We would definitely highly recommend the upper level rooms as they are not as noisy. We ended up getting the best room in the hotel! - Friendly and accommodating staff, nice rooms facing the bay
