  We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

  Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. Huge thanks particularly to Lizzie (reception, lots of helpful tips and recommendations), Barbara (ever smiling, breakfasts cooked to order - brilliant!) and Milka (who looked after our room ... what people say » very well). Excellent location. Very pleasantly surprised that the 'room' we booked turned out to be a very modern mini suite with separate lounge / k - I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.   We arrived late in the day, one call to Raphael is all it took to elicit his quick appearance. Very friendly host, showed us around the area (at our request) and was very eager to ensure that we settled in nicely. Accommodations are fine. Do yourself a big favor and pack a lighter for the stove and oven - as the local matches don't do well with... what people say » the slightest bit of humidity. It was a nice touch that Raphael visited the next morning to see that we were finding everything okay and to answer an - Great views and Marsalforn is a good, quiet place to stay on Gozo. Raphael very helpful and would ask daily if we needed anything. It's basic and a bit sparsely decorated, but clean, safe, and a good choice if you just want a good price for a place to stay with good views, right near a couple nice harbours with facility to cook on your own. As a restaurant suggestion, La Pulena (italian) on seafront in Marsalforn was great, and the Otter on the way from apartments to town was very nice as well.

  John and Dee were very accommodating and made me feel at home straight away. I arrived after midnight but was still warmly welcomed. There was a tv in the lounge/breakfast area (which was very characterful and inviting) with hot drinks facilities available. The whole place was clean and had a lot of charm and character, and the facilities all work... what people say » ed. As a solo traveller on this occasion it was great to be able to chat with other guests at the breakfast table. John could provide very useful loca - Knights in Malta is a beautiful old property with lovely designed spacious rooms. John and Dee are very friendly and made the stay quite special by e.g. serving malta specialities for breakfast. Naxxar is a great location for exploring Malta as nothing is further then 30min away. We had a small car and could explore the whole island easily. Also most of the good dive shops and dive sites are only 15min away. We definitely recommend this as the place to stay for your holiday in Malta

  The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price.
