  Very nice apartment, very friendly staff. Breakfast-Buffet was OK. Bus-Stop right in front of the Hotel (but apartment building was a few hundert meters down the street. Breakfast was at main building). - Great staff and a great spot. Easy to get into town as the bus stops out the front of the main unit building.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The swimming pools were great and they also have a adult only pool the restaurants are great but expensive they first have me room 109 and it smelt of damp and had damp patches on ceiling,they then moved me to 519 sea view this one was better but still very old.   We have stayed several times here and always have a fantastic holiday. Last year we took my parents(dad was 80) It was their first time abroad and all the staff were so kind and helpful to them. In particular I must mention Tony & Mario who runs the mini-bus.   Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.
