  Hi, i just went for a business trip to malta and stayed at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very nice, inviting hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have. I really dont understand some negativ reviews for this hotel. People should know: this is a 2 star hotel, but some people expect a 4 star and afterwards their complaining! Im really satisfied about the staff in the hotel they were all so nice and helpfull, especially briand and the young italian girl! Rooms were clean! and a PERFECT LOCATION - Hi I just came back from my trip to malta and i stayed at the europa hotel in sliema. i booked an internal room and deceided to upgrade it to a seaview... a must have when you stay at the europa because the view is amazing, as well as the location of the hotel itself. the rooms are very clean and the breakfast was nice. i will definetly will come back and i really enjoyed my stay in malta.

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there. The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.
