  Die Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Wechsel unseres Zimmers nach 3 Tagen hat problemlos geklappt. Wir hatten zuerst ein viel zu kleines und dunkles Zimmer zum Innenhof, was wir dann in ein weitaus komfortableres eintauschen konnten ohne Zusatzkosten.   This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.
