  This was a great place to stay. I was recommended Palazzo Citta Valletta by a friend who had stayed there a couple of years ago. We stayed in the Garden Suite on the ground floor which opens out onto the Pallazzo's courtyard where you can dine outside if you to use your self catering facilities. It was very quiet being so sheltered. The architecture i - Franck was hands down the highlight of our stay, extremely attentive, generous with his time, ready to play concierge if need be, and a marvelous point of entry into Maltese history and culture. We'll never forget his invitation to a glass of wine in his beautifully appointed apartment, where the history of the Knights of St. John seeps through the walls.
